Find Your Favorite Podcast of Color

We were psyched to find a podcast directory promoting podcasts hosted by and with people of color: PodcastsInColor.com!

Now you can find us on the directory, too. (We're under News/Social Commentary, if you want to skip ahead.) The list is curated by Berry Syk and billed as the largest podcast directory.

You can find Berry on Twitter @PodcastsInColor and through the hashtags #PodsInColor for episode promotion and #Podin for podcasts you're listening to, kinda like a #NowListening for podcasts.

Loa is a proud recipient of the International Citizen Media Award 2017, awarded by Bürgerhaus Bennohaus in Münster, Germany. Our story Pilgrimage to Huế: Of Spirits, Rituals, and Trances, reported by Jenny Lý, won first place the audio category.

Our Munich-based Tiffany Lý attended the award ceremony on May 6 and accepted the prize on behalf of our team.

Hosted by Bürgerhaus Bennohaus, the European Youth4Media Network, and Open Channels for Europe, the award "intends to honor tremendous international work in the field of citizen media and its products in the categories Video and Audio which have been created by private, non-commercial producers." This year's theme was "Cultural heritage - memory of the past, key to the future."
